D) Liners become faction property like other ships and are treated like transports for ID purposes. They are given a buff (Mjolnir permitting) and are hooked (Cannon permitting) to only permit a certain degree of non human cargo.

I have a LuxLiner under OSC--As long as things like a 22mill Hegemon is restricted to only being able to carry a cirtain amout human cargo (ie crew and only crew)--Seen to many Heges with a hold full of Vips on my runs...Kills my day when that happens...

B) The liner system remains as it is for ID/usage purposes. They are given a buff (Mjolnir permitting) and are hooked (Cannon permitting) to only permit a certain degree of non human cargo.

Though along with this, I'd like to see some more generic people-centric mid-sized transports. Or one. Like the Geisha, but more generic, and also with the hook. Or maybe buff the Armored Transport.

My thinking is that most corporations and many unlawfuls would want to move people but not use a fancy luxury liner type ship. For example, many Junyo workers live on Deshima and many miners and such live on Sheffield. Getting a ride to work would be nice.

A) The liner system remains as it is for ID/usage purposes. The ships are unchanged.

It might get messy, but it is entirely possible to fill human quarters with nonhuman cargo. And if not, then one can always RP there ship as having ben refitted.

I.E. the consortium's prison liners.

I figure it's easier for factions to figure out when some random group could use a solitary liner for a corporate flagship than to have to SRP all of them. More interactive, for starters. White cell for everyone besides the people who build the things.
