He meant newer Liberty capital ship design. The NTF is not getting a shipline any time in the near future, and likely not at all, no need for one.
As for the model itself, it's great. I think the front section could use a bit more detailing, but otherwise I may have a use for it for something on a larger scale than a simple SP mod...
