Escape-pod launcher for that crappy backward-firing fighter turret?
There was a poll previously where it was asked who even equipped a turret there. The hardpoint was agreed to be quite useless.
Also I have noticed that many ships seem to have extra hardpoints on the model where you can't equip anything. They seem to be prepared for escape-pod launchers.
