I am very good with pronounciations and it is as below
A-Jear-aa
Those letters in Capitols are those that you must make loud, the a at the end is fleeting, not long.
Jear is in the same way as dear or more closely to deer.
This Pronounciation is the same as the NPCs. Remember because the e is before i it will never make a sound that are found in words like pie, key and gay.
The A at the start is the same as Apple(A) not Argon(AH).
