Try deleting the restart.fl and autosave.fl from \My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer and it should work

I don't think there are any. In order to script events, alter higher game functions, and altogether invent new game mechanics you need the source code. Which Microsoft DID NOT give out.
