Oldum, I wasn't sure about it.
But now i think you need to get true neutral with the Freelancers or the Bounty Hunters to get the FL bribe from them.
Try to make a 'blow a station up and nothing else' BHG mission in Manchester.
This should slip the FL faction to 0 (full neutral)
(Perhaps some missions more)

I didn't ask for the method, rather for those who are capable of changing my rep (Admins) if they would help a tiny bit. Becasue it's been 3 weeks and I wasn't able to get that freaking bribe :S

This is something new, so you say it might be possible that I can't get the IFF cause of the Pirate ID's rephack? Cause it sets every single lawful to hostile ...

Exactly. You need to be 0 (neutral) or better to get bribes from the 'guests'.
And there are also Hunters who offer FL bribes at Barrier Gate Station
(Hunters and FLs are slightly connected)

Now you mention it, it's true ... bounty hunters do offer the bribe on Barrier ... oh damn, now I'll have to screw the total rep sheet of it :S great:P

dont worry, if you will buy bribe for BH (and the criminals will dislike you) it is very easy way to fix it.
As I said, you know where to call. Also fixing rep with Zoners (like TRIPLE bribe for them) will fix FL rep aswell.
