I've a small concern which, it is my hope, I might be able to alleviate through our mutual relationship.

The IND makes a small business of securing a measure of H-Fuel for an associate partner of ours in the Omegas. The Hessians, to be plain, as I feel we can dispense with the idea of hiding that we might do business with organizations that those of the common walk feel unsavory.

The snag is in, under the current wartime strain, Kusari is annoying apt at tracking where their goods are going and demand accounts for any cargo deemed "lost" during an unfortunate trip to Rheinland.

Our recent parting with Interspace has removed a certain measure of paperwork washing.

So, to be succinct. We're seeking an alternative source of H Fuel, one which I rather feel your movement might be able to provide. In return we would be willing to provide both financial or material compensation.

I rather hope this notion is found to be agreeable?

We have a source of H-Fuel and we are willed to exchange the Fuel against needed and wanted goods, such as Luxury Food, Luxury Costumer Goods, different kinds of gemstones and even Pharmaceuticals, all those things would be considered to be useful.

But I deem it to be important to inform you, that our source of Fuel is not unlimited, there is always the danger that it could run dry sometimes.

The place to pick the H-Fuel up, as well as delivering the other goods to, is Ainu.
