Konnichiwa, honoured Elders.
I am a freelance mercenary pilot seeking to become authorised to hunt the enemies of the sisterhood in your name. As you can see from the attached testimonials, I'm held in high repute by the officials on Ainu who give out basic freelance work, and for what it's worth, am a registered enemy with the Emperor's cronies. Also attached is a copy of my mercenary license, should you wish to inspect it.
As to why I wish to do this, I will not go into details, but I am no longer entirely welcome in either of the two places I could call home, Liberty and Rheinland, and in moving north into Kusari and the borderworlds, I was moved by your cause. Your fight for social reform and justice is one that I sympathise with and wish to aid in any way that I can. Gunning down your enemies seems like a good place to start, no?
Currently I pilot a CTE-19000 Roc bomber with a full loadout of energy cannons, a Mosquito missile launcher and a SNAC; my old Tiger Shark fighter proved to be simply unable to compete in most engagements.

This is the Outcast "Omega_Metempsychosis", flying a bomber vessel. I managed to kill three [KNF] tagged vessels in Kyushu. One of them was a member of the Imperial Guard ([KNF-IG]).
That makes a bounty of 4.5 million (3x 1.5 million). Maybe the Imperial Guard is worth a bit more to you. And the fact I killed 3 of them without resupplying, in a bomber.
I also stumbled upon a Gunboat I managed to destroy, but unfortunately, I have no proof of its destruction. Believe me or not.
