Giving technology to a freelancer mean how the tech owner faction agree your RP. RHA HC will not give Loki to noone for shooting LN in Liberty,(or something like that) we give only against to our RP enemies who are inner of RHA ZoI. If you wanna use out of ZoI, ask SRP from admins

I'm all for loosening up some rules and making things less complicated, but needing a "good RP excuse" is not enough. Your goal isn't to get the most badass ship -- it's to have the most badass character. Or something. In short, you don't need the tank to drive a tank down a highway to do it. Don't care how you got it.
Edit: Oh, yeah, and the soldier that stole the tank... he was immediately shot. And is dead. And will not respawn every day around 5:00 to troll the highway again. Point is, it's even more important in our community that we place much less emphasis on having badass / unique / special ships, and much more about bringing something of SUBSTANCE to the server.

"Because I stole it" means that you have to delete that char once it gets blown up... Since you cant steal that ship every time is gets blown up...

Steal or not. You will still need RHA to agree for giving you the ship. It doesn't matter how much rp was done in forums. If RHA do not post oorp post in rules section that you are allowed to use their tech, you won't be able to use it. Well technicly you can, until you will get sanctioned for it.
