Fail.

Bombers are not supposed to stand any chance against fighters, notice "fighters", there are more fighters than VHFs in the mod.

The Main problems are bombers should have anti shield weapon like inferno but after fire an bomber inferno to wait 3-4 secs to lauch SNAC
And the other problem are solaris battleship turrets they are just too overpowered with that guns maybe if you lower speed of solaris or maybe dmg.

That's all about balance and variety. If the cap mounts enough Solarises turrets to kill fighters so easily, then it will lack the punch required to sunk other caps.
Besides I don't see why fighters or bombers without support should actually stand a single chance against battleships.

If you are a bomber going after a cap and you get in Solaris range for more than at most one second... you are doin it wrong.

Balance is fine as is. Above average bomber pilots will still be able to pwn noobish fighters. Above average fighter pilots will still be able to pwn most average bomber pilots.

I think a key factor is overlooked time and time again in these balance debates. Everything is not equal. Some players are simply better than others due to skill. No amount of balancing in the world can compensate for player skill.

Dude...

ever thought about everyone flying bombers coz you need adleast 2 vhf's to kill you?

Also I make more damage more quickly with my normal guns vs bombers.
I just use my MR to insta kill people who don't use bots that quickly.

When I still played Discovery, (I don't play any games anymore) I would use either LF's or VHF's. I had a Roc and was decent with it, but not great. Bottom line I liked being able to completely dodge enemy fire in LF and not get hit. The only downfall was the weapons on the LF's couldn't barely dent the shields of the VHF's.

Oh well, at least I had fun doing it lol
