I can proudly infrom you that your new eco-dome is ready and fully functional. All of the requested... functions are installed, and 100percent.. operational.



I would like to kindly ask you to not... strech the limits of this new dome. It could wield 200 or....erm.....lets say 175 guest at a time without risking their condition. Our technicians and builders were removed from the region with the.. exp. of 10 who will stay.
Those will live there in a small shack close to the dome under the... *coughs* seeds, and help you repairing the devices and will keep up the structure stability.

We have added a planetary landing zone close to the eco-dome, what can adopt a conferance boat, or anything around the same size-(up to 3700cargo) what can be used only by:
-vessels of the torch (driven by touched pilots only)
-vessels of the primusian Green Guards, Elite Guards and pesonnal vessels of the warlords triumvirate
any other vessel who dares to land there without permission directly form the commanders of the primusian army:
will be eliminated by heavy artillery.

For your own safety, to enter Primus use the Primusian docking ring MK I . to enter the strathosphere (called "Monkey" docking ring by Zoner jargon) before landing on the private zone-as usually.

Ohh I've almost forgot to inform you about the new orders of our noble HighWarlord:
From now only :
-touched controller of the torchs transport ships
-blessed and touched guest of the seed (for up to 7 days or if damaged/injured till her condition is stabile)
-20 blessed and touched workers (10 Primusian 10 import)
-the authorized members of the Elite Guards,
-the authorized members of the Green Guards and
-the warlords triumvirate
can move UNHARMED into the 10km circle of the dome.

Anyone who is not belong to any of the stated groups:
At 9k: they should be informed or tranquilized and carried out unharmed and left on any closeby settlement of primusians.
At 8k: Tranquilized and captured
Closer than 8k:
Everyone else will be threaten as spy, enemy agent, or invading solider of an opposing army
and should be captured, tranquilized (or eliminated is tranq is not possible) and transported to the nearby KZ-623 Prison installation for further infromation garthering procedure.
