"too bad our guild does not allow to collect that bounty. but such a high amount allmost makes me drop out of the guild. it is most probably more than the common bounty hunter can earn in a devoted life of hunting minor criminals.
besides you honour the target person by offering such a huge amount of money. from what i understand, criminals sometimes rate themselves by the amount of money on their heads
