Ok just to calm people down a bit and let them know what this was all about:
A Corsair IDed CSV fresh out of /restart flies to o100 and gets 4 Nomad Blasters from an Order| agent, but out of pure luck, runs into a bunch of TCG| on his way who decide to ignore the obvious and make a fuss out of nothing.
Now, let's analyze this situation to see if there was anything wrong about it:- Rule-wise: Nothing wrong. Tech chart only controls the weapons you have mounted on your ship, not any gun or equipment in your cargo. So, as long as the guns were not mounted on the ship, there was nothing wrong with it... And, tell you what! CSV has only 2 class 8 Gun slots, Blasters are class 10. Obvious, eh?
- RP-wise: Nothing wrong. The CSV was an undercover Order agent who was sent to Gamma after the mess between Sairs and Order just to keep a closer eye on things. He returned to Minor to report his mission, and while there, he was asked to deliver 2 pair of Nomad Blasters to 2 Order operatives who were on a high priority mission aboard Battleship Atum. An Order| specops was arranging this deal, so who are the TCG| to question the decision of someone with higher authority? If you don't like this RP, it's not my problem, so live with it!
- What actually happened to the Guns: They're sitting on my Sabre in Conn now, InRp, that system doesn't exist, so neither do the guns anymore. And let me quote Cannon to see what's the rule concerning this situation:

Then the Order agent said he was a Special Opertive...What with a corsair ID level 21 CSV? Highly unlikely.
And when I ask this certain agent..he just said mind my business...I have authorisation from HQ.
And by pure coincedence i was up for some training in Connecticut and seen this same Corsair CSV and he ask me if i would help him transfer these weapons to his Sabre, tizona turret included.
So unless this is ok to do...then i just think it is totally oorp.
Please correct me if i am wrong,i only want a explanation for future preferance.
I think the Order| guy was probably trying to RP the situation out.
Yeah looks like the CSV was bringing them to make an OORP Sabre in Connecticut.
I think its not against rules to have an OORP setup in Connecticut.
Its maybe a bit strange to make an oorp ship jsut for pvp in connecticut, but as far as I know its not against hte rules.
Other possibility is that the Sabre is SRP and he is setting it up in connecticut, but had to get the stuff first.
I dont think any rules were violated, and I'd wait before I do any RP post or violation report about it.
And uh, sly-beetle... why is there need for insults?
