Good day Mr Edwards, the required recourses list looks more then do able, as I record this message my secretary is in the process of writing up a draft for the new shipping orders to be sent to our crew.
Currently however we have a contract that has most of our ships tied up till the end of the week, so I will not be even issuing the orders until Friday at the earliest, possibly Sunday even. Now that is not to say that we do not respect our commitment to supply you with the needed goods for the construction of this Luxury Liner, we simply have deadlines we have to meet, and cannot afford to miss.

Thank you for your time Mr Edwards, we look forward to the construction of this ship.

I hear by By The Order of Directors, Void this Contract under REVIEW ONLY and that No Ship Shall Be Purchased Without Higher Authority saying otherwise The CEO of Orbital Spa & Cruise accepting such contract or two directors of the OSC) Comes forward and signs the deal

Dear Mr Price

Good morning kind Sir.
It is correct that a merger has happened, too which this contract has become void in its process. However I am under full understanding that, one it can cuase some confusion, two discolour Orbital Spa and Cruise as a whole. I have been watching the terms as they have come about. Taking in to consideration of those and agreements already made, the already agreed contract shall be re-signed by myself and Interspace Commerce with no additions.

In the future purchase contracts will be slightly different incurring a fee of 50 000000 Sirius Credits, including the goods that are to be delivered for the Liners construction.

I apolagise on behalf of Orbital Spa and Cruise in these delay's.

Good day Mr Strand. So from what I am to understand the original deal with Mr Edwards is still standing? as it appears your board of directors had disbanded the contract after the merger. This matter is getting a bit convoluted and I admittedly am having trouble following it all, so some clarification I am afraid but they way I understand it is as follows.

Mr Edwards approves of the construction of the Liner for Interspace.
The two OSC groups merge into one.
The newly appointed (I am assuming here admittedly.) Board of Directors veto's Interspace's contract which I believed to already be signed.
Mr Strand informs us that our contract is in fact still standing as it was signed before the merger and we are still to ship the construction materials.

So you can see where I am slightly turned around here, on one hand I have the Board of Directors telling me that our contract is now void because of what I will assume is bad blood from our previous dealings with one half of the now merged company. On the other hand I have Mr Strand telling me that since the current contract was written up and signed before the merger that it still stands despite the new boards veto.

I had heard murmur of a merger of OSC and I feared it would be problematic for us, I hope this can be all sorted out as I have a feeling it is mostly my failure to understand some key elements in play here. If you could give some clarification here hopefully we can return to business.

Dear Mr Price

Its seems I have not been able to make my point clear to you. I however will try again and in further detail. My Director of Finance had voided the contract this morning. As soon as i had seen this I disagreed with it. It is my failure to make sure that the merger would not disrupt the contract that was signed. That is my fault as I had not talked to my Finance officer about it. He was only acting in good faith, in which I have corrected the fault myself as I am to blame.

The third comment you claim that there is a newly apointed board of Directors is false. I see no reason why you should believe that. As you have already tried to deal some of my Employees in which I am training. I hope there is no bad blood bewteen us and there should be none. It is not my intention to block companies requesting the construction of a Liner for there own usage. And admittadly those first talks could have been handled better, to which is why I will be training those employees more so in the region of that area so that it does not happen again.

I have tried to explain that as best as I could. If there is anything more you wish me to explain please do not hesitate to contact me again.
