Computer noob is computer noob.
Well, it doesn't really exit all the way. It minimizes and is still there in my taskbar. But I can maximize it anymore. In my taskmanager it also isn't on the applications-list anymore, but it still is running the process.

thats the same as I had, at the time I was running the realistic lighting submod. I seem to have fixed it by deactivating the realistic lighting submod, deactivating and reactivating the discovery mod without bloom effects.

The only things I can think of is an update of the GFX drivers and of DX9 - perhaps it helps.
