Agreed. Usualy I dont have time enough to scan every ship as I see it, especialy since I see most at the 9 and 10 km mark. Which is well outside the range of any scanner I know of to get detailed information on anyone.
ALL I am asking for is a List of the Actual PLAYER used Pirates and Terrorist.
So far as best as I understand and admited here are:
Terrorist Organisations:
Phantoms
NovePG
Rummored Groups are:
Coalition (Coalition of what?)
Keeprs (Keepers of what?)
Xeno's (Cause according to the rules, they are the only buyable Terrorist ID available, but I'd like it confirmed first before acting on that as fact)
Pirate Organisations:
None given yet.

Well, it can depend Jinx. As a relatively new member I'm still learning the ins and outs but as the ID says, you can't just target a civilian trader and have at it. The Coalition has an agenda, and acts accordingly.
As for you Cinder, the SCRA are the Coalition of Starlancer carried over into Sirius and, well basically plotting the same things they were plotting in Sol. But they have limited man power and ability to affect change here, given that they were stow-aways on the Hispania.

i think the only real terrorist is Mon'Star ( Draygon ) ... but he is supposed to have a hencheman - err.. no idea of his name... henchy?
everyone else is listed in the factions sticky.
all in all - no one can blow you up without a solid reason here ( or at least, should not ) - not even pirates should blow up BHGs without a RP reason and the other way round. thats the point of that server.

only Real terrorist faction are Phantoms...others just like to call them selves like that
and there are few players carrying generic terrorist ID...but why would any of them wanted to be listed?..fly several times trough Sirius and you will surely meet one of them...and then bend over and kiss you A$$ good bye...:P

About the Pirate factions, there are many of them: Corsairs (TBH,Benitez)
Mollys (UOG) ; Liberty Rogues (LR) ; Lane Hackers ; Outcasts.
in the "Faction status" topic you can find many pirate factions.
