In Her Majesty's Court - Dab - 07-05-2011

Brian Kendell, an attorney for the Armed Forces, rose from the defendant bench and addressed the judge.

It is obvious that Mr. Dewey is attempting to waste the court's time with baseless and sensationalist claims. "Grand Theft Space Station?" Not a single legitimate charge has been levied against my client, nor have we received any documentation on a charge, nor given one verbally in court, by the plaintiff.

As well, Mr. Dewey has slandered my client, and Duke Frasier, with claims of illegal actions that neither has been charged or found guilty of.

Furthermore, Mr. Dewey has slandered the entire Armed Forces with claims of a military coup over this nation.

We will be pursuing slander and defamation charges against Mr. Dewey for his baseless claims through the court at the end of this case, and request that this charge and all past, current, and future proceedings and statements in this case be marked as evidence in our following case against Mr. Dewey.

Lastly, I request that Mr. Dewey be charged with contempt if he does not clearly state and document his charges against my client and cease wasting the court's time.

In Her Majesty's Court - Daedric - 07-05-2011

"Mr Dewey, this is a civil court not a criminal court. If you wish to file criminal charges against Commodore Dame Hunter then you need to contact the Police Authority and report the alleged crime. If your client is suing Commodore Dame Hunter regarding her conduct, the court is willing to let you proceed, so long as you file civil charges against the Baroness. If you continue to waste the court's time, you will be found in contempt."

Turning to address Major Kendell.

"The records are so ordered."
