[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]First off, I apologise to Captain Hone. My tone is forceful for a reason, the fighter corps need a strong leader in these difficult times. Our glorious Premier has seen fit to forgive and forget. I shall instruct the corps to do likewise.
[color=#FFFF00]As for your terms, they seem mostly reasonable however I require to make an alteration to your proposal.
The very nature of Lisburn Rock being less than 10k away from the Omega-3 jumphole makes it an excellent staging area. My problem lies with your large exclusion range of the base should enemies dare to follow. If our ships were to jump and retreat - We are already in said area once we arrive back in the Cambridge system.
While I will, of course, instruct my men not to approach or dock on your bases while under fire - There needs to be a lessened exclusion zone. 5k perhaps, simply due to the position of the base with regards to the jumpholes.
Our operations against the BAFers have had to fall down the pecking order unfortunately. Major Xu, led a battlegroup consisting of RHA, Renegades and our experimental battlecruiser into Stuttgart to engage a large Rheinland force. The battle was a success according to our objectives of disrupting the Rheinland fleet in it's preparations for taking the Omega systems. The enemy may claim a victory in terms that they forced us out of Stuttgart, but that is not the point dui? They forced us from their home, then licked their wounds.
Similar plans are in motion for Bretonia, however with the Liberty Navy and Hessain Army protecting it - We must be careful on when and who we strike.
Upon us formally agreeing on these terms, I will arrange for the CPW-Xi'an to hold station at Lisburn Rock and for a fighter squadron to patrol the Dublin system.

Well I agree with this correction, however you must understand me that we don't want to have our base assaulted by one of our many enemies, so we must keep the close perimeter clear from enemy ships and try to avoid fighting with the enemy near the base as well. The Lisbon Rock is our fist line of defence against the Corsairs in Cambridge so the base have great importance for the Mollys.ID: [M]-Little.Bo

This will be the corrected version of our agreement:

- Sadly Lisburn Rock facilities does not support Capital ship mooring and maintenance so you will be allowed to use the base only for fighter class vessels and gunboat/transport class vessels as well.
- SCRA pilots should not lead any Molly enemy in the close proximity near the base,as well retreat there under enemy fire.
- SCRA pilots should not inform anybody from where they stage their attacks.
- Both groups would assist each other if they see it fit,depending on the situation.
