When Storms Collide, The Knights Fall And Order Will Rise - Lennox - 09-14-2011
The pain was gone. He can move now. Lennox quickly stands up, covering Scarlet against the increasing amount of knights. "You came here you will die here." Lennox pulls out another plasma handgun, carrying two in his hands now. He fires with both guns on the incoming knights. The plasma cut through the like a hot knife through butter. "Three more down.", he says, while turning back to Scarlet, looking if everything is alright. Then suddenly a man jumps down directly behind Lennox with a dagger in his hand. Johan noticed the sound after the knight behind him arrived. With a quick reaction Lennox turns to the knight, ramming a knife into the man's stomach. He takes the knife, stucking in the knight's body and quickly cutting up to his rips. Lennox punches with his elbow against the head, finally ramming the knife into his head. Looking back to Scarlet Lennox places spring guns on the ground to have a better tactical situation. For a moment safe from all the fire Lennox looks after approaching enemies, then he looks back to Scarlet. "Are you ok?", Lennox takes a look on her hurted wrist, taking some bandages. He places another spring gun infront of him, during putting the bandage around her wound. The spring guns suddenly begin to fire. Impacts on a heavy armor are to hear. With a shot one of the spring guns gets shot away. Then a shadow begins to cover Lennox and Scarlet. The huge robot with the gattlings stands directly infront of them. Lennox pushes Scarlet away, when the machine trys to hit both. "Run!!", he yells to Scarlet. With full force the metal arm hits Johan's head. He losses consciousness, falling on the ground.

On orbit of Toledo, flagship Inquisitor currently under command of it's XO, Geralt Knight.
At that momenth, one of bridge officers aproached XO handing over report. 'Sir, we have some unusual activity on Toledo surface. Signatures of small vessels refusing to identify itself, pressumed hostiles.' Knight rather annoyed responded. 'Again? This is third incident in Toledo defence ring in this hour only! Do we have exact lock on location?' He asked officer. 'Yes sir, orders?' Knight looks upon Toledo and after few seconds he issued order. 'Set course over this region immediately and set batteries for orbital bombardment. Even without contact with our boss I can tell this falls under 'shoot on sight' cathegory. Send reports ASAP concerning uptates and contact nearest unit.' He spoke like it was nothing special. As setting safe orbit and course one of lieutenants informed them 'ETA to effective fire range 20 minutes sir!'

[[pulling a data pad out, the 3rd in command orders for the call of a "Agise", turning his atteion to the battleship]] "Guardians, clean him...." [[a bunch of fighters and at least three bombers launch and unleash there fire on the battleship's cannons]] "omega cannon to fire..." [[a bright beam shoots from the ship hidden in the dust/green field thing around Toledo, hitting the ground, the beam does not destroy anything, but sends a massive shock-wave above ground]] "land him..." [[a drop ship drops a large crate on the snow, bursting out, a massive robot drives out, full armored and with no see-able weak points, the massive robot unleash hell on the ground soldiers, the the remaining knights take to the drop ships and leave, leaving the massive robot in attack, the drop ships return to the "Flying Kingdom]]

Scarlet rolls to one side, hissing as her injured arm as she scoops up her lost sidearm. Turning to face the Robot and Lennox's prone form she raises her arm, firing at the robot uselessly untill the clip clicks empty, turning to peer at the pistol as though it had personaly offended her before throwing it at the Robot... Which explodes violently, shrapnel and robotic components showering as a duo of upholders scream past, having launched from the Carrier in low orbit and using docking gates to reach the surface. Turning for one more pass the pair destroy a second robotic warrior before banking sharply and jinking to avoid the answering fire, ascending quickly.
The Carrier, having eventualy completed its undocking procedures, eventually ascends into High Orbit, moving into possition with the massive Jinkusu, fighters and bombers already streaming from the craft.

"Bring it here!", Sombrero yells in his comm to someone. Then he runs toward the destroyed robot where Lennox is laying. Feeling if his pulse is still active he looks around. He takes Lennox' body bringing him away from the dangerous zone. "Scarlet, would you take care for him? I will keep these fools away from you, till he awakes." Sombrero takes a medical device, holding it on Lennox' main artery and injects something. "That should bring him back quicker. When he awakes he will be confused..you only would have to tell him what happened the last minutes. Then he should recognize." Sombrero takes his rifle, running back to the battlefield, concentrating fire on the massive robot with his modified rifle. He covers the robot with firing on it, slowly getting closer to the metal beast. With a click the weapon shows no more ammunition. Sombrero runs towards the giant metal body, placing explosive devices on all important body parts. He hurries to get out of the explosion range, when all placed devices explode.

The ground exploded upwards on a cliff face not far from the ground. What climbed out was a relic from the days of Kell Tainer and the preservers, a started project that fell into obscurity, leaving only one final one left. It was a massive mechanized suit, part of Project: METEOR. It was named Zero. Partially disassembled, it still was intact enough to climb from storage, its core still feeding the XJD-54 Vulcan chainguns. Only fitted with one arm, the suit dubbed Zero powered its engines and flew up, smashing to the ground behind the Order. The Vulcans popped up and spun, peppering a robot mercilessly as it slowly made its way closer. Coupled with Sombrero's explosives, it went down.
Inside, Lieutenant Ayaki Miyoko checked the old machine over again.
"Had to be frakkin discontinued...luckily one wasnt scrapped."
She continued to walk.
"Thats right, you're not the only one with giant robots!"

[[the carrier counties to take fire on the order battleship, but moments later, the guns power down.]]
*static* "i can understand why now... how i was wrong..." *static*
[[the rest of the ship powers down to im-mobile]]
*static* "jimmy was right right when he said to restore my honor... now i will... good-bye..." *static*
[[moments later, the whole southern side of the carrier explodes]]
*static - - - - - - - - cuts out*
[[and following the whole carrier blows up, sending a shock wave that kills almost all the other knight fighters and bombers]]

The feeling of victory streams through his body as Sombrero sees the explosion of the carrier. Still some knights on the bottom left he tries to catch them without killing them. He takes his handgun, switching the weapon mode to stun. One by one more and more knights are falling on the ground. Nearly covered by all the corpses and stunned knights it is kinda hard to move forward. The last knight falls down. The robots deactivated themselfes after the mothership got destroyed. The Order obviously won that battle. Sombrero moves back to Scarlet. "I think it's over. How is he? Any reaction yet?", Sombrero asks while leaning down to Scarlet, still sitting there in cover next to Johan.

Dragging Lennox out of the imediate battlefield, Scarlet stoops to pick up her datapad, warning messages and updates on the battle in orbit scrolling across rapidly. Looking up as the Knight Ships destruction is relayed to her out of reflex, she stops and places the Datapad on a rock. Muttering to herself and throwing the pistol down, crouching next to Lennox and poking at his side, trying to shake him awake. "Damn sure the Jink' didn't do that much damage..."

Lennox' eyes begin to twitch a bit. He slowly opens his eyes, looking at Scarlet who still trys to awake him. He takes one of her hands to stop shaking his body. "What happened?", Johan says with a confused voice. He wants to get up quickly but falls down immediately. "Ugh...my head." With tired eyes Lennox focusses his glance on Scarlet with a slight smile. "Did we win? Or is everything lost?" Still confused, strange thoughts are floating through his head. He is saying strange things about himself but then slowly calms down. "You saved me, right?", Lennox asks with a curious voice. "There was no situation I was saved by someone yet. Thank you.", he says to Scarlet, while looking into her eyes with a tired view.
