2nd idea is bit too much.
Already high drops multiplied by 10x for just minute of sitting space defenseless. Come on.

Not for a minute. Once you have set up you have to wait for your cargo to be filled before you go back to flight mode. And this brings players into it more as Cabulb's idea means NPCs are involved and that is just a bit meh.
My idea is to make it more profitable for miners to mine in groups pretty much because if the RP is right they should get shot by enemy NPCs. Also while setting up and going back to flight mode you do not get bonuses. Makes it a lot more profitable to trade in groups.
