On beginning of this message I want to say sorry, I have did not contacted with you before, hope you understand me, will try to explain.
While I was on the half of way to Outcast space, I got distress call from Freeport 9 regarding disband of... Omicroners. Hope you have heard of invasion Corsairs in Theta. I managed to turn back and look what is happen in my home...
When I came back to Omicron-74, I found our system empty, our fleet is gone. But some people is stayed there and defending 74. We are with Dankien managed to find a Omicroners remnants and invited a independent Zoners, who are wished to help us. We do establish new Zoners group - the Phoenix.
After that horrible times, I found project "Vega" is... Vital. I'm again sorry, I just forget to inform you, I was very busy. So, I want ask you, we still have a permission to enter Outcast restricted space with salvage gear? Since Omicroners are gone, we are also like to continue our good relationship on behalf of the Phoenix.

Buenas dias again, Zoner. It would seem many things have changed since last we spoke; I am no longer an Admiral of the Outcasts. I have been diagnosed with a pretty serious case of cancer and will be all but bedridden for the next six months. Obviously, this is no condition to lead a Navy so I stepped down. My replacement is Cristina Mancini. She is aware of the things we discussed and Im sure you will have no problems reaching her. Oh, and the Aquilon we received from you worked fine after a little overhauling, gracias.

That sad news, Senor Garrison. Please tell us if you needed any help. We had a research regarding the cancer, and we have achieved positive results.
Regarding the battleship, I'm and my convoy on way to outcast space. We will let you know when we arrive to Outcast border worlds. Senor Dankien are interested to participate in this salvage operation, but he will join to the convoy lately.
