Skyrim Question - Korny - 12-26-2011 Hoping for a mod once the CK comes out that applies damage to weapons and armour...sorta miss that. Skyrim Question - Agmen of Eladesor - 12-26-2011 ' Wrote:many weapons are fine without charges anyway. - but a hint is to give a good weapon to one of your companions ( good in terms of a good proc / effect ) cause companions do NOT use up charges ( also an option to give them a nice sword that has only one charge left ) Companions, or followers? The reason I ask is that I tend to give my followers assorted presents - like a set of enchanted glass armor that helps regenerate their magic about 100% faster - along with staffs. And they SURE use up the charges in the staffs. I like bringing along what I call portable artillery - one of the mages from the college that sits back, calls in the atronachs, and then firebolts the enemies to death. Which meant that in a dungeon recently that should have been incredibly nasty - between me, the atronach that I created, my follower, and the atronach that SHE created ... tweren't nothing left but some raspberry jelly on the walls. Or was that their blood... Oh, and another trick to use is to create something like a glass or ebony dagger (if you went light or heavy armor), improve it to legendary status, and then put soul trap on it. Carry around the Black Star and as many black soul gems as you can find - cut throats for charging and enchanting profit. |
