Sounds like a problem with your computer, not dropbox.

I switched from imageshack / photobucket to imgur a few weeks ago. I love it.

I don't want to get sanctioned for not obeying the admins, so I will try imgur. :D
Thanks for the advice everyone.

I noticed that with the Imageshack 2 days ago, I found this:
http://postimage.org/
Not sure how long the pics are there however I love the fast copy paste function of it.
I will try imgur too- but it says that if you dont pay them they will remove the pics after 6 months of not viewing them.
http://www.postimage.org/mod.php
this could be useful for the forum in general if it is actually free.

I'm working on an automated FL-screenshot uploader.

If it's required, I can put the image upload for imgur on the todo-list.

I just blocked the "make an account" script/message from ImageShack with Adblock. Never saw it again. But guess I'll switch to imgur...though I hate having images being erased if they are still needed - hope that doesn't happen there.
I still prefer ImageShack over Photoblargh or whatever the name of that website was, which always erased often seen pictures and therefore eff'd up most of the shippreviews in the dev forum.

Back in my day, we called that "Xfire".

Photobucket and Tinypic are good.
