Catbert, thanks for the clarification. So I can use (not) pretty much anything and approved tech doesn't mean much since there is that power-plant reduction thingie. Quite depressing for independent players. There's no reward for countless hours of role-play. Nice.

As to your questions, it seems they've been succinctly answered. Your opinions on certain matters mirror many others, but it's best not to comment on the tech situation too loudly. I suppose you could say that things are "up in the air" in that area.

Let me say it again that I can't dock anywhere. I wanna buy basic turrets and stuff. My shields and thrusters are dismounted. Can anyone of Administration help (today) or am I asking too much? I'd ask a favor from Zelot but he holds profanity-grudge against me.

Hold no grudge personally, just dont like cursing on the forums, whoever is doing it. That said, you should be able to get that stuff on Barrier Gate, no? If not, when I get home I will see what I can do.
