I thought that Igiss stated that only modded systems from Dab and a few others would be accepted as others from other people were coming in bugged and he had to spend lots of time fixing them.

Sections 1 through 3 fully done. Section 2 is and will be the biggest and fully covers the use of Freelancer Explorer. The second biggest will probably be section 5. I'd say this is ~65% done. I'll have section 4 and 6 done tomorrow, leaving 5 for last, as its the more important and complex.

it says i cannot download the freelancer explorer because it was forbidden.
a 403 error, or what ever it is.

Still no, but i suspect that its my internet filter, not site problem.
