As a non-lover of the Liberty factions, I would like to say, that when I first came on LSF was as bad as any--but they really have tightened up and their Rp has been pretty consistent and good of late (gah! I may puke now).
LPI--thanks for toning down (but not completely eliminating) the donuts.
SA--the only thing bigger than their ships is their heads--and that's a toss up.
It's not all bad even with SA (sorry for the few good guys in there). If all you guys would patrol LIBERTY--as in not having all ships in one spot EVER--it would help a lot. I go through Texas and Colorado and [i]never[/] get busted...errr. I heard a rumor that some guy did, I mean. Hehe.

scrutiny than those who they are actually pointing at ...

You will find your own ship moved back to Alpha and it's reputation now being that of a fiercely singular
Outcast, with little regard to anyone not remotely interested in them.
And before any one else decides to start flamey little numbers on the forums, MAKE VERY SURE your own
house is in some sort of order before those fingers get anywhere close to a keyboard ...

This is like comming with your Outcast to Gamma and getting angry that a Corsair player "just killed you"
If you are a pirate... you should:
1. Use Jump Holes almost all the time
2. Evade Trade Lanes/Populated areas (when you are "just passing")
3. If you so decide to take a Jump Gate in the heart of Liberty space you should be on your toes expecting an attack from any direction any second.

EDIT: I have seen more than enough of "just passing" pirates in Outcast Destroyers or Outcast Battleships flying right trough Kusari neutral to everything around....even better, once an Outcast Dessie flew straight trough Fukuoka (Kusari Police guard) beeing netural to them!!!!!
"Just passing" doesn't work for me unless you are setting up a new character in a starflea.

Excuse me? Pardon me for pulling rank, but if I catch you undocking from LA in an Outcast ship, with an Outcast ID or tag, I will have you shot and blacklisted from Outcast space. Hell, I might actually get off my ass and shoot you myself!

Seconded from the Outcast side of things. We've had long and heated discussion about this before: The Outcasts Will Not Be Invading Liberty. Ever. We protect our drugs and jump a few Transports in the less-well-noticeable parts of Liberty. Hell, the 101st doesn't even go to Liberty, that's just what the NPCs and other factions do. A full-scale invasion is suicide, Rheinland and locals or not.
Now, my scoop on the Navy thing. Lolwut? Ever heard of the Patriot Act? Police states are a pretty common thing. The SA/LSF/LPI are perfectly within their rights to do damn well whatever they want to your ass, as any real lawman would be. The government is going to have its way; it has the all-seeing eyes and divine thunder. A group of scraggly pirates or borderlines like the Rogues or the Junkers can't hope to take down something that size, even with the Outcasts, and Liberty still has probably the strongest Navy. Rheinland is still recovering from its last few dismal wars and Bretonia and Kusari are busy wailing each other. Liberty has a massive swarm of probably the best overall Battleship in the game, and a populace that is near-brainwashed into submission. They've got it the way it is. A few pirate nations aren't going to tango with that on a full-conflict scale.
EDIT: Oh, and Trade Lanes make Jack a Predictable, Vulnerable, and VERY Out of Roleplay Boy. Not unless you've got a massive swarm to move and the enemy knows you're coming anyways.

Or another incident today Ryoken when you ran past me with a full load of Artifacts, you do not then break RP to accuse us of having no RP then run all the way to Manhhatan and "dock" even though I had broadcast you were a smuggler.
If that wasnt bad enough it's more OORP chat while your docked on the planet. You enjoy critising others RP which is ironic because you dont even seem to have any.

Before this gets out of hand, I did say " Halt Outcast " at west point and you just kept on going to texas JG so i engaged you after i jumped out. I was in Alpha the other day in my trusty Snuggler and an outcast killed me on the spot without even giving a reason, which he did after he killed me ofcourse a tad late i must add, it was for the simple reason that i had a Navy tag, even though i was carrying Cardamine and had a Smugglers ID. So you see its not just in NY and not just Liberty forces, its also the pirates. Have to say though i wasn't a memeber of RoS and they always tell me when their going to kill me, their nice like that:P.
Any way i think we should leave it at that, you have spoken, I "the evil law man" has spoken and everyone who cares has given their 2 cent so just leave it at that.

As for the outcast ship i was going around trying to make it hostile(it is a new char). Thx to hoodlum he saved me hours of gameplay.
MACK TRUCK was smuggling yes,but when i passed about 10 ship's LSF/SA and several non lawfull's just hanging out chatting(thats right no gun fire) I hear HALT! Not stop mack truck,not halt macktruck just HALT!
Now i am expected to know this was for me and not 1 of the other 10 ships within 5K of me?
I did dock at manhattin, i why should i not, just because 1 LSF yells MACKTRUCK is a smuggler. Prove it. stop me,and get the evidence. In no real court of law would someone who the police say is a smuggle would be put in jail with out physical evidence.

As a pirate I would like to defend the SA/LSF in there efforts to police/defend there areas. They have blown me up quite a few times and they have always been done in a RP'ish way, with some chat prior to shooting. I have no beef with the way they operate. As for a motionless pirate in NY.....c'mon... might as well hang a shoot me sign on your ship. NY is pvp active any ship that just sits there pirate or lawful is just asking for it. If you afk, for goodness sake take a moment to dock your ship.
