You do not own anything on Discovery due to the terms and conditions you accepted. Everything, including official faction lore and graphic, is owned by Dev Team. Just a small reminder here.
Also, you cannot forbid indies from using stuff. It's not against rules.

While it's not against the rules, it's pretty dickish to use other people's content without their consent, and even more so when they've actively requested you don't. There have been many many instances where people have done such and received very negative reactions from the community as a result. Its really common sense and courtesy to do your own work for your faction rather than milking the success and work of others, graphics even more so.
It's not hard to make your own or power trade for an hour/two to pay for someone else to do it for you.

We're restarting as promised, the lore will be updated soon; we just wanted to let the community know we are back.
Some notes that will be more explicitly addressed in the updated Lore:
Our return is NOT I repeat, NOT PUBLICZED INRP. Do not blow up our comms channels until you see us ingame (which is otherwise inrp) the status of the faction during the past 6 months WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE LORE WHEN IT IS UPDATED. There will also be changes in RHA's engagement prioritization, stay tuned.

In any case, the grace in which @Wesker handled his ban via the forum account post allowed by an admin 6 months ago won him points of respect from my end. It'll be interesting to see what direction the RHA takes this time around. Warm winds to you!

Lore page and objectives updated along with the Roster and ranking structure. READ THROUGH THE LORE COMPLETELY there is a MAJOR change in engagement policies and objectives conducted by the Army in order to maintain RP consistency with the events of the Army's downfall.
IF YOU WERE IN THE FACTION AND WANT BACK IN PM @Wesker and @Zayne Carrick ON SKYPE/FORUMS/DISCORD AND YOU WILL BE LET BACK IN AT OUR DISCRETION.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT TO APPLY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT SHORTLY UNTIL OUR PRESENCE IS MADE PUBLIC INRP. Believe me we need fresh blood right now, but we're trying to do this in a way that meets consistency.
