I don't have a favorite. They are all good in their own ways.
Omicron 94 is really rich, and the hidden nommie lair gives it a slight bump over most of the others. Newcastle and Kansas are both really interesting too, lots of stuff to look at and great for exploration. Burgundy, Dauphine, Provence, Picardi, Roussilon, Tau-65, Puerto Rico, Omicron-Mu are all good for exploration too, but down a notch since they don't have the mysteriousness of the nommie presence. Below that there are a bunch of really good systems in general, like Omega-54 and Omega-56 and Londonderry are all done well and serve a distinct, defined purpose well.
If I were to say my favorite in 4.86 it would probably be Okinawa, since it has moved the game forward the most.
