Mr. Suzuki,

We are attempting to work with the Council to obtain more Cryocubes for you. With any luck they should be available shortly. Please do let us know when the upgrades are complete. If you no longer need supplies for the time being we will redirect our ships to Fuxyeru in Okinawa.

***Logistics Report***

Now here is a curious thing. We had filled Saitama with 40,000 units of gas.

There were 7000 units of Super Alloy, and 18000 units of Cryocubes remaining for the Core Upgrade.

Now we see there is no gas left, 200 units of Super Alloy and still 18000 Cryocubes.

Someone is taking from Saitama, and not returning with needed base supplies.

We trust that all IC vessels are accounted for in this regard?

Mr. Suzuki,

That seems to be quite the discrepancy, I'm going to be launching an internal investigation immediately. If it was one of our ships I assure you that they will be punished and restitution made. However this does seem odd, since we usually acquire the supplies in Leeds on our way to Saitama and pick up more after dropping off the gas. One of our pilots would almost have to go out of their way to not bring supplies back. Does anyone else have access to the base?

It has been brought to my attention that one or more suppliers have not held to the spirit of this Barter Programme. This is a most regrettable circumstance, given it is without a doubt the most generous supply deal on offer in Sirius.

Kishiro Technologies is hereby opening this channel to all suppliers of Saitama Industrial Annexe. These currently include the GMG, OSI, IC and of course Kishiro representatives.

All suppliers should take note that a fee of 3750 credits is now applicable to Helium-3 sales on Saitama. Suppliers shall post time-stamped evidence of their base deliveries to this channel. After this is verified, the fee for the He3 gas shall be reimbursed to the supplier.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the burden of this paperwork. Kishiro Technologies trusts that all suppliers understand the need for financial accountability.

Thank you for your patronage,

Ichiro Suzuki

Mr. Suzuki,

After completing a preliminary investigation, some of our captains pointed me to one captain that had mistakenly filled up once for a convoy when he joined it at Saitama without providing supplies. This transport was a Bison and took 4,100 Helium-3 from Saitama intending to make up the supplies later but failed to. The captain has been fined the cost of the Helium-3 and demoted. Please let me know where I can send restitution for this 4,100 units. As to the rest, I do not have any idea yet. It seems probable that as with this case, one of our captains would have seen something were it a problem on our end.

Upon consultation with Ms Shoemaker, I have come to an arrangement that should eliminate the need for onerous paperwork.

Priority base imports shall be priced the same as our Helium-3 export, that is 3750 credits per unit. The only exception is Ship Hull Panels, having twice the cargo volume they carry twice the price of 7500 credits per unit.

We shall make every effort to keep Saitama stocked. Please give us another 24 hours to recover from our recent efforts. Our pilots need a break, and our ships need maintenance.

For the moment, the only priority import is Ship Hull Panels. We have no less than 150,000 units to bring in - that is over 300,000 units of standard cargo!

Once complete, this will see the construction of two new Cargo Modules, and the scope of our operations shall be greatly expanded.

Regards,
Ichiro Suzuki

Mr. Suzuki,

I am glad to hear you announcing this deal, it makes things much easier on our captains. I must say that I am rather excited about this next round of supplies, I don't think Interspace has handled such a large request in quite some time. It should be rather interesting to see how fast our captains make the required deliveries. Expect to be surrounded with ship hull panels very soon. As I said before, while we can only determine that a small amount of the missing gas was taken by one of our transports, we hate to see a valued partner suffer, and will be making our first barge delivery free of charge to help ensure that Saitama continues to grow steadily.

Mr. Suzuki,

Our first convoy just arrived at Saitama to find no Helium-3 available for sale. The convoy still delievered the 4,030 hull panels they were carrying. I'll be keeping a tab of what's been delivered until Saitama is restocked.

Mr. Suzuki,

If it isn't one thing it's another. The dockmaster on Saitama reports that he is out of credits to purchase incoming goods with.
