Hi. I won't say do/don't/can't/won't, but I will be playing the part of bubble popper for the rest of this post.
I'm not a friend of the nazis or the 3rd Reich, but their flag looked pretty cool. No one is allowed to use it RP or otherwise here though because it's regarded as a massive hate symbol by pretty much everyone who's not a hitler fan.
The stars & bars is also a cool lookin' flag, but also considered a massive hate symbol in america. Specifically the South. Granted, millions of slaves didn't get gassed, but you should ask yourself: Should stereotypical hate symbols be acceptable in the community just so long as the hatred & body count they have come to represent in the present ain't as high as what the nazi's got up to back in their day?
