How do I get GRN Rep - Ursus - 07-23-2012
Actually since we're just talking about regular military faction and not guard faction, it is very easy to get by taking a double bribe for police, /droprep and cancel missions until you are +1 neutral, then take another double bribe for police. That will give you full military rep. You might have to /droprep the police rep again to get the military rep to show as your IFF
Also, the battleship bases in Tau-23, Tau-31, and Edinburgh give out lower-level missions. You can rep a plain fighter with those.

The reason why the GRN bribe was removed because bribes are only for the police and corporations, not military factions.
