Preeeetty sure that's not Freelancer Continuum. I at least know the base present in the video is from Halo 2, it's the one from the first mission as the Arbiter.
EDIT: Nevermind, that's Continuum. They changed things around since I was last with them, though I would have thought they had died by now.
And that base is also a custom model apparently, but the resemblance to aforementioned base from Halo 2 is astounding.

It is awesome work, but it also looks a bit like FishLabs game, Galaxy on Fire 2 full HD, which has been commented to being Freelancer and freeworlds combo.
