Also, some of those i already have as i remmber then from my childhood. Namely Bloody Roar 2, Crash team racing and Crash 3 warped. Wipeout XL i had on Pc and it was epic.

Xenogears, if you don't mind reading much. It's an RPG with great emphasis on story, so it's very playable on a phone.
The story tackles topics like religion, psychology, philosophy etc.
