Right now they are being loaded up and will be transported to you soon.

Senor Deputy Arbiter, I'm Esteban Alvarez maggiore of 75th Squadron, as comandante Leslie currently unavailable I have to take charge of logistics for the squadron. According to comandates notes 12.27.819 AD 134037500 sirian credits were transfered to the Congress bank as payment for repair supplies (transfer ticket), but I wasn't able to find any confirmations of delivery. So, assuming spotless business reputation of the Congress, I'd like to know is it a mistake in our bookkeeping or Congress have some problems with this delivery. If so please contact me or maggiore Petrucci, and we'll work out a solution for these problems.

Buenos dias Senor Alvarez.
It is most unfortunate but no the deliveries have not been made.
See we ran into a bit of a snag when trying to land at Cartagena.
Seems the transponders on our largest transport vessels are not aligned with your guards.
Furthermore these ships cannot enter 81.
Now if you would like we can make the deliveries to Valetta in Alpha.
I do apologize for this mix up but we were unaware of the problem until recently.
Refunding the money is also an option.
Let me know what you would like us to do to address this issue.

I'm trying to establish a staging point for this delivery within Omicron Alpha system, so we can take supplies to Carthagena by Maltese ships. I'd like to know is it possible to divide delivery in two parts due to some free space problems and how much it will costs us?

Making separate deliveries is no problem.
We can bring in one barge at a time if that will allow you to move the items more efficiently.
Let me know when you would like for the first delivery to be made into Alpha.

Buenos dias, senor Deputy Arbiter. Looks like, my efforts to establish staging point using Albion Light base failed. So we'll goes with Valetta shipyard at Alpha, please unload supplies there. Shipyards executives were kind enough to arrange this delivery as offsetting of debts between two shipbuilding industries.
