1. why do you think there is the need for a moderator of the graphics subforum?
2. what do you see your key roles and responsibilities as being?
3. what are your chief aims and objectives were you to be offered this position?
4. have you any experience in moderating a forum before?
5. what are your qualifications in graphic design?
6. what do you believe is the best method of diffusing tension in an interpersonal relations conflict?
7. what would you bring to the role; why do you think you are best suited to the role than another person?
8. what events have led you to believe that the current team of moderators' performance is below your exacting standards and have promulgated this unasked for self-aggrandisement?
