Whenever i play however, i don't find much pirates on. maybe its just the time i do it in but it varies from time to time. Most of the time I fly around solo. And just as well. Its quite relaxing.

This is good news.
As a sidenote, calling out the entirety of a group of players that plays in one specific sector in this game, is -not- a good way to air your grievances, and, quite frankly, it's a good way to make people angry, which will cause this thread to spiral out of control into pointless bickering.
To say that everyone who plays in Liberty "sucks at roleplaying" is extremely ignorant, but also laughable. The system is the starting point for every new player to the server, but there are also many experienced players who choose to play in Liberty, who do not, in fact, "Suck at RP".

If Liberty sucks as bad as you think, why are you still there? Liberty isnt holding anyone to be there, if you dont like a house, just leave to a different one. I dont like Liberty either, but still, I try to help the new players with their RP so they understand. But only one thing that irritates me the most, pirates with this RP every sentence they say " 2mill or die pls " and the other one " Ok, die ". Others, I dont see why pirates are even in Liberty, dont be mean to new players, try to help them instead of pirating them for 2mill and making them feel that the server is full of people like that.

There's good RP in Liberty, it's just more difficult to find than typical lolwutness.
Likewise, theirs bad RP and RPers everywhere else in Sirius, it's just more difficult to find in those places.

In all seriousness. RP can be a tricky concept for people to get their head around. This combined with the roleplay relations of a chosen side towards another/ multiple groups can get rather confusing. As such a lot of people do try to RP. To an extent. And thats awesome. People try. Seriously just roll with it and you'll no doubt have fun

There are decent roleplayers everywhere, including Liberty. The issue in Liberty is that new players enter it first, and often "get stuck" there for a while. Said new players quite often aren't the best roleplayers around.
Then there's the fact that the activity itself attracts trolls and such, like the cool kids who wanted to show off their awesome dodging skills in a Liberator attacking lawfuls in Manhattan orbit and never dying.

Because many are new to Discovery, they didnt visit forum yet and have no experience of RP. But many try to trade for cash, usually most of them are Rhinos. They dont know how to use their RP name in chat.

Can feel OP abit. I do some propoganda missions in Liberty on SCRA and I expect some nice RP to me from locals. From alike 4 times there was 1 ooRP chat with some Freelancer, 2 LN Battlecruisers with not much RP chasing me, 1 short RP that Coalition is bad and Liberty is good from some trader or miner.
and there is ineed too much pirates there so local navy/police just dont even bother to do some RP. but they wrong at it

I've never played in liberty, my longest gamestreak there being of 2 days when I had the pirate skype chat group running. It was fun how we destroyed on with everyone which wanted to attack us and you had like 7 pirates jumping on a single trader.
Back to my point, I had spent like very few to no time at all in Liberty to know how it is there. Still, from what I heard on the forums and skype there is this serious grudge between the official factions and independent fleets where one doesn't listen to the other and you get teamkilling and kind of stuff ( LN and LNS) , still I do not know how true this is so I'm not gonna comment any further on this.
Another thing is that, like others said, Penny is in Liberty and that means that every new player starts in Liberty, and not every new player is a Bruce Lee of roleplaying. The only thing which could lower down the amount of begginer new players and kind of old players with low RP abilities would be the vets to help them like if they see them doing ooRP or something wrong, instead of QQing, or ignoring they could tell them in PM how to behave and direct them to the forums in a friendly manner. Still, no one can force anyone to waste their playing time on discovery to help a new player rather than pursuing his own fun.
Still, if you can't take the situation in Liberty, I suggest moving to another House (or Omegas, Taus, Omicrons) ASAP. There are other houses which could use some activity ( see Kusari for example) and if you can't take the situation in Liberty, move to one of those houses. This way, you will do a good thing both for you, and the factions in that specific house
