Gaians just aren't active enough for their roleplay to properly be sorted out, no one is pushing for it.
That, Linkus, is being worked on. Just ask Mao. :)

*gggg* 7/24 gunboat patrol capable of routing hostile miners pretty fast. A friend of mine and me tried to mine in there (as bloody newbies) and it's really hard, even without MR, Garda, MMC and IMG in there to boot any BMM attempt of mining there. =)

And: Arry field is not really interesting as a whole... it's the sweet spot that is. And BMM can't go there... prove me wrong. =P

Just a couple of quick questions...

1. Generally speaking, making the molly faction have any form of ceasefire with the brets, kills the molly activity completely. Are you aware of this historical precedent?

2. Can this entiure 20 page thread be summed up with the phrase "where common sence and decency fail, the only thing left to do it create arbitrary and oorp boundaries which make little sense, in the vain hope that everyone will stop behaving like raging morons." ?

Also, how does this idea impact upon the Gaian character I created today?

This is no ceasefire. this is a general recommendation with RP consequences. nothing is stopping the mollys from breaking this RP suggestion

Joe, according to statistics:

Mollys that don't shoot BAF shoot Gaians every day.
Mollys that don't shoot Gaians shoot BAF every day.

The pretext will differ though.

Gaians are supported and allied to the Corsairs, due to the Gaians mainly basic pirate memberbase.
Basically the Gaians got a bunch of basic pirates in them that fancied their chances alongside the Corsairs instead of against them.

So far it's really helped them.
I mean I can really see how the Gaians have grown strong and powerful in Bretonia.

Gonna have to reiterate what the mollies said a few times already. There is no ceasefire. There's alliances of convenience when fighting Kusari, Sairs or other common enemies comes into play however, and as a result there's most likely a lack of Armed Forces motivation to actively hunt Mollies down at this point. Correct me if I'm wrong in any of these assumptions.

We're talking about Dublin. Behaving like a raging moron is a prerequisite for existance there :D.
Seriously though, I think it's more a means of trying to give players some guidance in where they should concentrate their efforts, the oorp motivations. This is Dieter's brainchild, you might wish to ask him about it directly.

Do what you want 'cause a Gaian is free... You are a Gaian...
