Did you install the .NET framework linked in the first post? If not, get that installed and see if that helps.

If it's something else, post a screenie of the error and we'll go from there.

I'll start off by saying thankyou for the program. It is yummy.

I recently formatted and eveything seems to be failing in regards to my FL ):

I read somewhere that people were using this as an alternative to the hud-shift by adoxa. Does the program actually move the HUD?

Hmm.. not sure what the hud-shift is. What I can tell you is that Launchpad only supports the command line options supported by Disco. You can set the game to run at a widescreen or fullscreen but the HUD itself will behave as it would normally.
