Sender Name: Rear Admiral, Lower Half - Martin Kemp-Smith

Vessel Name: 46th|LNS-Vancouver

Systems Visited: New York

Other Operatives Present: N/A to 46th Fleet Officers, though Fifth Fleet (5th|)Charlotte.Wilkes was present.

Description of report: The Vancouver, being the newest Overlord class Dreadnought to the Fleet, had recently undergone a full systems and operational review moored at Salt Lake HQ. The crew were ready for a test flight within New York and I received a urgent hail from Miss Wilkes, of the Fifth Fleet. She had relayed that there was an Outcast capital vessel pirating some transports near Fort Bush, now with the proximity of HQ and Fort Bush, I immediately ordered the crew to red alert and set condition ONE prior to releasing.

As expected, as soon and the Vancouver had cleared the moors of Salt Lake, the scanner and sensors were flashing. There is was - the Outcast Battlecruiser, "HS>Destino-Final". I could hear the comms chatter between the Battlecruiser and a Universal Transport, "anna". The Commander of the Destino FInal was trying to extort credits from the Transport Captain and when I hailed the vessel, threatened to disable the transport should the Vancouver encroach any close. Hit a huge stroke of luck as the trade lanes suddenly reactivated which momentarily caused the Destino FInal to lose focus of my positioning and disable the lane once more, at this point I had taken the Vancouver through the lane for about 5 clicks, with WIlkes as bomber support and we both engaged and "anna" was able to make a swift evacuation from the engagement zone.

I have to admit, the Outcast gave us hell before we eventually disabled him. The Maltese sure know how to make a sleek and low profile vessel and it sure wasn't an easy engagement, alas, we came out on top in the end.

Recommendations: Excellent communication between Wilkes and myself allowed for swift interception and with a bit of luck, able to save a civilian transport and eliminate the threat. A huge thank you to Charlotte WIlkes of the Fifth Fleet, she displayed great skill and is a valuable asset to the Primary Fleet.

Vessel ID: 46th|LNS-Lemon

Systems Visited: New York

Description of report: Rogues, Insurgency and Outcast activity in New York

Through combined efforts of the 5th, 46th, Regular Navy and Freelancers we have dealt with an Insurgency, Rogue and Outcast threat in New York in a massive fleet battle.

That we both won despite some heavy losses and the unlawful activity is centered around New York reassures me - tomorrow's meeting in Coronado with Crayter will no doubt be a routine and dull diplomatic affair.

Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed

Vessel Name: 46th|LNS-Argonaute

Systems Visited: New York, planet Manhatten

Other Operatives Present: No others were present

Description of report: Strange encounter........

This was a strange encounter to say the least .......

Undocked from Salt Lake and I immediately had a signature on my Radar, ship name Cepheus.

As I approached him, I asked him to stop, but he said no and fled, so i proceeded to follow the individual who low and behold tried to initiate a cloaking device. So just as he cloaked I used the Cloak Disruptor which has been nicely fitted aboard my Flagship.

Apparently he did not like it, and continued to flee the scene.....

He managed to dock with the trade lane and flee the area, so I decided to break off from the pursuit and station myself at Manhatten.

Consequently ..... he returned at distance so i could not see him on scanner, so decided to try and interrogate him.....

Well that was a waste of time but I suppose I have managed to get him with a couple of Law incitements .....

Quote:5. Obstructing justice
It is illegal to prevent, evade or delay the administration of justice. Examples are:
- Fleeing from an officer when ordered to stop via verbal command or cruise disruptor.
- Destroying or stealing cargo from the wreck of a criminal despite being told not to
- Allowing criminals to dock on a station within the House of Liberty
- Other attempts to protect or hide criminals or evidence from Liberty Forces

9. Espionage
Any attempt or intent to conduct espionage in Liberty can result in severe punishments.

I am wondering whether espionage covers his Law breaking..... seeing as he was concealing information and also his cargo from being scanned.

Included in this report is the black box recording from my flight log...

Recommendations: Recommend 46th operatives should aprehend this individual to see exactly what he has to hide..

Sender Name: Rear Admiral, Lower Half - Martin Kemp-Smith

Vessel Name: 46th|M.Kemp-Smith

Systems Visited: New York

Other Operatives Present: Rear Admiral, Upper Half Van Leer - Lieutenant Commander Sebastian Muller. Additionally joined by Liberty Police Officer Noki.

Description of report: Following on from the latest news of a catastrophic collision, Rear Admiral Van Leer decided to mount a mop up operation to see if there was an increase in Xeno activity in the immediate area. After all, many of their prisoners had escaped as a result.

We found the crash site not too far from the New York Jump Gate > Planet Denver tradelane and the new report was accurate. The San Quintin had indeed crashed in to what appeared to be an old-style transport. Now, we speculated at the scene that the Xenos may well have hijacked the ALG vessel as a means to deliberately crash in to the Prison Liner. This would certainly have brought about enough force to cause the damage that the San Quintin has suffered. There appeared to be no signs of life. all scans came back negative and both ships would barely even pass for scrap, in their current state.

On returning to New York, shortly after leaving the site of the crash, we were immediately ambushed by a small sized group of Xenos. They must have been lying in wait for the next patrol to come around! In any case, they were quickly dealt with and we moved back to Salt Lake HQ for debrief.

Recommendations: I feel more patrols will now be required, specifically on that lane route as if civilians do not heed the warning of the news report, then their lives will most certainly be at danger.

Sender Name: Rear Admiral, Lower Half - Martin Kemp-Smith

Vessel Name: 46th|M.Kemp-Smith

Systems Visited: New York

Other Operatives Present: Recruit James Liberon.

Description of report: I had decided to go for a quick patrol and as soon as I departed from Salt Lake HQ, I received comms from the Fifth Fleet Warship - Akhetaten. There was a sighting of Gen'an Cell ships within the Virginia system. The Akhetaten and her escort, Miss Charlotte Wilkes, whom last I checked was an Ensign were already en route. I made my way at best speed so I could provide support, if needed.

I jumped in to Virginia and would see the Akhtaten and Wilkes on scan along with several Gen'an ships, comprising of what I believe to be a bomber and a hand-full of both heavy and very heavy fighters and a couple of transports, of which were fleeing the scene. Commodore Edwards placed the Akhetaten in a defensive position, though was not engaging the small and nimble fighter craft, a good call. Ensign Wilkes was already engaged so I powered up weapons and prepared for combat. One of the Gen'an fighters had targeted me, so I returned the gesture and after what was a intense battle, we emerged victorious. Wilkes had disabled her target, as had Liberon and not too long after - I had disabled my target. By the time I'd finished off my fight, both Wilkes and Liberon and eliminated two contacts each! I was highly impressed.

With the combat going on, unfortunately, their transports were able to get away. Though, given that their entire escort compliment has been downed, they are alone and only have themselves as back-up.

Recommendations: Recruit Liberon, as seems to be the case, has performed to the highest standard in the field and is well known to be an excellent pilot. I think he has proven himself time and time again in the call of duty, as such, I would recommend him for a promotion to the rank of Ensign. This will be duly sent across to my fellow High Command members of the fleet for their consideration and feedback.

It seems to me, also, that the working relationship between the Fifth Fleet and the Fourty-sixth continues to grow stronger as the days pass. I hope this may long continue to be the case.

Sender Name: Recruit James Liberon

Vessel Name: Recoil_36

Systems Visited: New York

Other Operatives Present: Vize Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith

Description of report: Today I've been tasked with scouting in the Hudson Sector with a ship of the Recoil- Fleet. Unfortunately, right as I departed from Planet Manhatten, I was greeted by a Bounty Hunter being engaged by a Liberty Rogue, which was overseen by Vice Admiral Kemp-Smith alongside a Guardian named Lima-7 of the Secondary fleet.

Shortly after my arrival on the scene, an Outcast Fighter with the name of HS>Asesino-Pico appeared and threatened to interfere with the fight that was still ongoing between the Liberty Rogue and the Bounty Hunter.
Ultimately, the Hunter was able to subdue the Rogue ship, however the Outcast still remained on the scene and even after being fined by the Liberty Police, he refused to move. Ordered by Vice Admiral Kemp-Smith, I've engaged the hostile ship with the 36.
I was able to severely damage the fighter and ultimately disabled the Outcast.

Recommendations: Do not underestimate the Outcasts that have made it as far as New York. This one was a formidable opponent. I recommend to act against them with caution.
