This is Inspector Bailey speaking
Assistant Commissioner Marwick has been summond by the Chief Commissioner himself to discuss the new update for the licenses list - we will inform you as soon as possible.
Mr Marwick told me to inform you that currently all non-Bretonian corporations are not allowed to enter Tau 31. A total blocade for goods carried into Tau 31 has been placed. We are sorry for confused messages above. Commissioner Marwick was not informed by that time of the changes. He will be back with the list of new licenses and changes that will be placed in already existing ones soon. All already aproved licenses stay for now - will refund and inform any license owners if we will revoke any in future. As for now the Tau 31 is blocked and all not licensed pilots are forbidden to enter.

Before we will get to any kind of refunding we need to have evidance of your pilot equiring the license from one of our pilots. Please present the evidance showing that and we will discuss this problem futher. So far I have no such report on my desk...maybe it's not yet delivered still if you would like to resign from getting said license we will refund you.
To do that send us the evidance of transfered license fee.
Also please note that current status in license office is temporary and is going to be solved in matter of days. We are currently awaiting for official license and Bretonia Law Codex update. All actions that we are currently taking are there to improve safety of our guests and Bretonian citizen. We are not trying to somehow hurt our economics OR to hurt our relations with Liberty corporations, especialy with Ageira Technologies. We trust that you can understand our motives and will get back to your case as soon as it is possible.

I am glad to announce that the update of Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law has been discussed and released. I have just came from the meeting with Chief Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Bretonia Police and we will now pressent the official license list that will come in efect in about 72 h. From this point out all ships need to follow the new laws and new licenses , withing the next 72 h we will be warning people who break them and notifing pilots about the changes. After the 72 h period the new laws and licenses will come in full effect and everyone breaking the regulations will face legal consequences.

Due to the invasion by Gallic force the Tau Blockade will remain in full effect. Travel North of Stokes Station in Leeds, West of Planet Leeds and West of Hood in Dublin is restricted. Any transports hauling cargo past those areas will be considered to be attempting to break the blockade, their ships held, fined and cargo confiscated.
Due to the danger of attacks in Leeds all transport of unrefined 'ores' in the Leeds system is restricted to Bretonian marked vessels only, non-Bretonian ships will be considered to be attempting to break the blockade, their ships held, fined and cargo confiscated.
Passage of cargo and material into the Taus is only permitted with a Tau Trading Licence.
BAF and BPA pilots have the right to demand the destination of the traders and confirm it via intel. Traders found to be trading with Gallia must drop their cargo or sell it at Bretonian bases. Traders found to have lied about their destination will be treated as enemies of the Crown.
Bretonia Police will grant Tau Trading License only via verification in the license office. No officer is granted permission to aprove any pilot in space. We will inform everyone after getting all needed information here, in this office after particular case will be discussed and decided upon.
All aproved pilots and corporations should note that licenses will last for 6 months from the point of aproval by the BPA. After 6 months time the license will expire and the ship will be removed from the list.
Medical Licence
Covers: Synthetic Marijuana and Human Organs
Synthetic Marijuana : The use of Synthetic Marijuana is strictly for medical use.
Human Organs: In a recent poll, it was found that 42% of Human Organs found being transported by private organizations were in the process of being illegally trafficked. Of those cases, 74% of the organs were going to legitimate organizations in the Taus or Border Worlds. To combat rumors regarding the suppression of Humanitarian Organizations, Parliament has authorized the creation of Medical Licence.
The transport of Human Organs or Synthetic Marijuana is illegal without a Medical Licence

Covers: Nomad weaponry, Equipment, Biomatter samples
Handling Nomad weaponry and Equipment, as well as Biomatter samples, requires licensing from the Bretonia Police Authority. Any ship carrying unlicensed Nomad Biomatter, Equipment, and Weapons can be fined up to 5 million Credits. Note: Alien Organisms DO NOT count as Nomads

Covers: Nuclear Devices, Munitions, Marines, Light Arms, Plutonium, Prisoners and Military Vehicles.
Due to the sensitive nature regarding the use of the commodities commonly referred to as Nuclear Devices, Munitions, Marines, Light Arms, Plutonium, Prisoners and Military Vehicles, a special license has been created to cover the shipment of military goods within Bretonian Space.
Military Material Licensing is obtainable from the BPA. The fee is used by the BPA to undergo an investigation of any individual or corporation looking to be licensed, and to subsidize Border Wolds Exports, the previously exclusive shipper of military goods.
To obtain Military Material Licensing, an individual or corporation must submit either their name or common registration, an abridged background regarding himself or their corporation, and the registration fee. Junkers, Gallia, Unlawful, Slaver, and Smuggler identified ships are ineligible for this licensing.

Gaian Lifeforms License
Covers: Gaian Wildlife
Due to the sensitivity regarding Planet Gaia and its native flora and fauna, a Gaian Research License has been created for the sole purpose of providing researchers the ability to research Gaian Wildlife without fear of suspicion.
When applying for a Gaian Research License, an individual or corporation must submit an abridged background of himself or their corporation, a detailed reason as to why the movement of Gaian Wildlife is permissible, a detailed explanation of what will be done with the native flora and fauna, and a licensing fee of two million credits for an individual, or five million credits for a corporation. Only Researcher, Cryer, or Planetform Identified ships are eligible for this license.

Other Information
Those carrying any listed contraband or caught in any other illegal act, after paying the applicable fine, [color=#FF6666]will be asked to leave the House systems. If they refuse, said criminal may be destroyed or blacklisted for a specific time.
