Sorry for the delay but I had few things to discuss with other high command members in order to get back to you.
Universal shipping has been aproved and placed on the list since there is nothing I have against what they intend to do and we are sure that their actions will be no harm for Bretonia. All the information Universal Shipping presented is fine with us and so all [*USI*] tagged ships can freely carry supplies for the non-gallic , Bretonia friendly bases withing the Taus. Please note that open trade with Kusari is not yet open.
As for Ageira. The delay was mostly because of the intel you provided. We are aware of your diplomatic status with Gallic Kingdom and the scans of the ID are valid BUT we have some questions regarding the commodities you intend to carry into Taus.
Especialy the Gate/Lane Parts.
We know that Ageira is the company responsible for said equipment and we are aware that all your transports carrying Gate/Lane Parts are highly secured and safe units although we would like to know why would you like to carry those into the Taus? I asume that keeping the lanes and gates in Tau 31 due to high pressence of the Gallic forces is impossible and I can't see any reason why would you pick route via Tau 31 to reach the Tau 29 to use those there. I am no specialist so I ask you to explain me exact reason and destination of Gate/Lane Parts heading into Taus.
Also since you already have the Military Material Licens all the commodities included in there combined with Tau Trading License can be now carried for Harris planet. I can't find any other base in the Taus that would require the commodities included in the Military Material Licens apart of said planet.
To sum up:
1.Ageira Technologies is now aproved and placed on the list for Tau Trading License.
2.Ageira Technologies must send us information about the Gate/Lane Parts headed for Taus. As for now said commodity is not aproved to be taken into warzone of Taus.
We want to know the destinations and reasons for those to head into Warzone and space currently under enemy control.
3.Ageira Technologies can carry the goods included in Military License to Planet Harris.
Note: We do not suspect Ageira Technologies for any kind of work with Gallic Kingdom and the Gate/Lane Parts topic is to be solved because we are worried about possible capture of so advanced Sirian technology. The answer is quite simple, really. Alongside a Deep Space Engineering team stationed there, Planetform Incorporated is paying for Ageira to deliver our specialised products to Planet Harris. This is part of their long-term development plans for the system, of a scope beyond both the war with Kusari and hopefully the war wth Gallia too. I am not permitted to divulge exactly what we are constructing for them, apart from the Harris-to-Leeds-Gate Trade Lane which has faced setback after setback due to the local conflicts. The Docking Ring is a bit rusty, too.
As for repairs in the Tau-29 system, you would be correct in assuming that we would not travel through Tau-31 for that purpose. Gate and Lane repairs in that system are handled by DSE's Kusari department and we have no major construction projects in that system. Furthermore, distribution of Gate/Lane Parts in Kusari is managed by vessels travelling directly from Liberty to Kusari.
Generally speaking, the majority of industrial goods listed earlier are going towards the development of Planet Harris, with the rest of the materials headed to Java in exchange for minerals collected by the IMG. Freeport 6 is just an emergency stop-off point should our transports have to be redirected, and the Zoners occasionally purchase our surplus supplies.
I hope this clarifies your concerns.
PS. I find your concern for our proprietary technology most touching. The BAF have previously been not quite as accomodating.
