After docking in Colorado was thrown out from the server, when tried to log in got "your account was banned" message.........That cheat detection got me autobanned for no reason whatsoever.... Can someone pls look into this and PLS get me unbanned?

Only chars I've been on recently on the account. I switched over to 7 to buy a camara on him and on my way to Manhattan decided to stroll into the detroit field. I fired on a rock and was insta-kicked. Checked on the North American server and all seemed to be working fine till I tired to log into the main server again.

Greetings,
I was checking my older account to sell ships and delete a few chars, altough when I clicked on undock for
the first one, I got disconnecterd, followed by "banned from server" message upon reconnecting.
Sanction... Not possible, none of the chars were online in last two weeks.
Modding... Nope, I think I would know about it and the main acc would be banned as well.

Today around 9:30 AM GMT was a crash. Bad luck I tried to connect right then when the crash happened and I get only the crash message if I try to connect with that account. All other account working fine just this not. worse luck it was my store account, all, what I collected for a long long time ago is there so extremely imprtant it to me. Characters on this account: DHC-Transport.Leipzig, DHC-Stock, DHC-Weapon.Store-1, DHC-Weapon.Store-2, DHC-Weapon.Store-3. I hope admins can help my problem.
