I was on patrol in Okinawa, when a Hogosha fighter pilot demanded that I hand over his batu comrades. When I refused to negotiate with him, he became hostile. It was a long struggle that led us far above the solar plane. Eventually, I managed to tear a hole in his hull with my tachyon antimatter cannon at full throttle. One of my missiles impacted just before his nanobots had time to seal the wound. Unfortunately, my ship was heavily damaged so I was unable to pursue the batu's escape pod.

I have just quickly returned from my own fly around and I must give all a serious warning. The Kampetei of Kusari contacted me while I was in Honshu and warned me of a rising threat of Oni in the area. They were right we have Oni somewhere in our Sigma clouds. I want our division on higher alert and patrol sizes enlargened to stop these Oni before thet get out of hand and we find our brethren under possession like the Rheinlanders 20 years ago. We have made some leadership changes just in time for the fourth quarter of the year. I am pleased to announce the following promotions:
Kako Shimakaze is now the Nitou Kaisa, Commander of GMG's Paramilitary Forces. He has been with us for quite some time, and has always worked closely with Hoshi Tanaka. We hope the new commander will bring us great triumph in many battles with our Hispanic foes.
Mang Kinjo has been a faithful servant to the trade division for many years. The Board of Executives is glad to once again fill the chair of Chief Executive Officer in the trade division. Kinjo-sama will seek new opportunities for the Guild to expand its influence.
Tadashi Katsu has been promoted to Santou Kaisa, where he will assist the Commander in making decisions and plan military operations.

Second order of business: We've been contracted to fill an important shipment. The client requires 27 000 units of HFuel to be delivered to Freital Base in Omega-11. You can purchase Blood Diamonds from the Hessians there, but do not go through House space with them in your cargo hold. I would recommend flying to IMG's Freistadt base in Omega-7 and purchasing Silver for Isehara. Be cautious of the treacherous Kruger ships in the system. After what we've done to them in the past few days, they may be searching for retaliation...
