Back from a stint up in Alberta. I gotta say, I kinda forgot the simple pleasure of sailing through fields of industrial scrap grinding against my hull after so much time in ice clouds, y'know? Maybe I'm just getting old...er. Although since when did DISP get like this? With everyone shambling around, you'd think they just came back from the dead, sheesh. Can't say I'm a fan of that new dock guy working the Beta shift - I swear he had the loader scratch the ship on purpose.

Anyway, brought some bio-neural processors down from the eggheads at the 'Duc and picked up a supply assignment to patch up some holes and keep folks tickin'. Logs're as follows:

Oh yeah, I filled in a comment card at the canteen about how we should think about changing up some things on the menu. Kusari rice, fancy luxury foods every now and then - heck, even Synth Paste might be a nice change of pace. I know I can never resist going to town on a good tube steak.

Hello everyone,

Joining the ranks as the newest of the cargo hands in this fine corporation, I recently completed a few trade runs in my small Mammoth transport to help the Rheinlanders with their trade lane networks. Met a few friends and a..few enemies along the way as well, and I've already got more than enough stories to tell at the bar.

I started out in Pueblo Station, buying Lane parts from the Ageira vendors there. I took them up to New Tokyo, where Nk. Katsuo Shimoe escorted me to the Sigma-13 gate. I dropped off the Lane parts in Bonn Station with no trouble and brought consumer goods back to New Tokyo.

I was then stopped by a Blood Dragons gunboat who tried to get me to drop my goods:

Fortunately, local police forces drove him off before any damage was done. I continued my course, dropping the goods in exchange for Sake on Planet New Tokyo, bringing that to Planet Manhattan, and then finally bringing Liberty Ale back to the good folks on Pueblo.

I took another trip, successfully dropping the parts at Bonn, the goods at Tokyo, and..well, almost the Sake at Manhattan. As I took the trade lane from Fort Bush to Planet Manhattan, the lane died out. I was then deposited 5 feet from a massive Outcast destroyer.

I did the smart thing and stopped dead, not wanting to get immediately destroyed. But thank the heavens Liberty always watches over its citizens. Not one moment later, a Liberty dreadnaught and a Bretonian battleship under service of the Liberty Navy dropped out of the lane and engaged the destroyer. He tried to finish me off:

Had a much less eventful run this time. Decided to take a different route that took me up to the ungated regions of Nagano, north of Kusari Core space. Did some in-system trading there to get me back to Pueblo, and then did the whole run a second time, with the help of a local trader and DSE)T-34.Calliope. I then took a break before returning to work by dropping off 5 shipments at our local DISP. After that, I called it a night. Details attached.

It was rude interrupting my bar activities! Fine, a man has to work from time to time, right?

I did as requested, took a shipment of Food, Water and Oxygen to Platinum. Oh? Distribute it? Done, I saw some idle peasants at the docks, so they will be busy for the next day or so.

Then proceeded to take an ore shipment to New London. There's a chance I got a bit sidetracked there and visited certain adult establishments.

Loaded up some Reinforced Alloy on the way back. Distributed the cargo this time, since the labourers were busy.

Now if you excuse me, I have important issues to address!
