for impy and the troll's question, it is not a concern if it doesn't break rules and I have no comment in terms of if your concern is true or not.
furthermore the reasoning is far-fetched and in fairy-tale land. making someone deliver FWO for example will not make anything different. Fun fact, i had someone quit disco after they had finished supplying my base one time. they got paid but quit and left. (ofc it was for other reasons too but he still complained)
that's all i will say about that.

I think being tardy on promised deliveries is actually an issue pertaining to trustworthiness of you and your faction - especially when there's no word about it, you do represent the faction as you were the communicator, the leader. Hasn't it been 2 months? Didn't you complain about IRG not doing something for months too? They had IRL and other priorities too, probably for the best to say that their rp isn't forgotten and announce an ETA on it finishing.
Probably not a great idea to flip at people who were wondering what was going on
