Greetings to you at the BPA Licensing Office. I am Captain Trogdor, a Zoner and captain of the nephilim-class Burninator. We operate primarily in the Omega systems that most closely border Bretonia, providing security for Zoner interests and dealing with whatever calamities spring up for us on any given day. I am contacting you in regards to a handful of matters.

First on my list of inquiries is the matter of access of Zoner capital ships to Bretonian space. The allowance of passage for these vessels was, if I remember correctly, a temporary one. Is it still in effect? And if so, when is it set to expire? I would rather avoid another incident.

Which brings me to my next question. With the assumption that our ability to traverse Bretonian space would someday be restricted once more, I decided to commission an away vessel. Something smaller that could respond to events much more swiftly than the Burninator, avoiding much of the headache and escort parade that usually accompanies the need to cross house boundaries. However, everything we were mass-producing was either too big to fit in the Burninator's small hangar bay or too light to actually do anything by itself.

And so I arranged for our shipyard to build a heavier gunboat. The end result was a machine that very closely resembles the Hathor, a ship operated by the Order. Knowing that the Order doesn't exactly have a lot of friends, I checked the laws of the houses I thought I might need to pass through. And while you stated in the Laws of Bretonia that you weren't exactly friendly with the Order, there wasn't anything that said they were banned outright, or even that their equipment was off-limits. And so imagine my surprise when we attempted to breeze through New London and were stopped by a small fleet of BAF! Fortunately I was able to talk them down and was merely escorted out. They informed me I would need to apply for some sort of permit in order to avoid a repeat of this embarrassing situation. I've looked through the records but I haven't been able to find anything that looks like a 'restricted ship permit'.

So, I request further information in this matter. The ship's relevant information is as follows:


The_Consummate_V (Hathor Gunboat, Zoner ID, Zoner Guard IFF)
No other Order technology


And finally, assuming you decide to grant the aforementioned permission, I would like to apply for the N-BEW license. If I find myself in possession of any alien tissue samples, I would most certainly only bring them to Zoner research facilities.

If all of this is agreeable I will have the payment transferred. I'll leave this channel open.

Your nephilim-class warship - is forbbiden to enter until someone from the Bretonia Armed Forces or Bretonia Police Authority will escort you. We do not like foreign warship capable of destroying whole stations wondering around our lanes. I will forward this case for futher investigation and discussion as for now - above stays.
As for you ... Order-origin vessel ... As you know we are Liberty main allies and we rather avoid having a ship that's known as one of terrorist's ship. We do not care if it is just modificated like this or are you or are you not working for them - that ship is forbbiden to enter Bretonia. This case is still being discussed but for now both orders stay. IF you want to travel into Taus with your warship - dock your Hathor on it , since I know that it's capable for that - and travel via Sigmas or....via Dublin but the part controled by the Mollys. I don't want to see you wondering with it on Bretonia soil for now. The permit for the FP1 supporters was temporary and since the Omega crisis is more or less over it has been suspended.

Greetings Assistant Commissioner Marwick! I apologize for delay, your message wasn´t forwarded to me properly. It seems there was some misunderstanding, we applied for renewal and whole company enlarge of our Military Material License, not Tau Trading License, which we never have. This is probably reason why our ship is still mentioned in Military Material License registered ships list.

But this is not problem at all because we had in plan to apply for Tau Trading License too this week. So, in data attachment of this message you can find what you required for Tau Trading License - scan of ID used by all our ships (tagged Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH or |SBLG) and evidence of transfer 25 million credits to bpa)anvil account. Also there is in advance evidence of payment for Military Material License, 20 million credits, so it can be issued too if you don´t want any other information.

We understand rest two mentioned conditions. We just only have question about supplying private bases in Taus. For example, maybe you know or not, there is Brimstone Refinery base which is located in Tau-23 and is in private hands. Are we allowed to deliver commodities to bases like this, what means bases strictly not runned by any Gallic corporation, Gallic Royal Navy or Gallic Royal Police?

It seems indeed I haven't noticed that you mantioned only Military License..well no harm done anyway. As for the base you are talking about - you need to send us all the information you can gather on it - including hull and owner ID and basic info, activated modules , modules being build , individuals and corporations that can use the base and the purpose of the base - if it's not under your control , you still need to tell us that data. We cannot allow to supply base deep in Gallic territory that can be captured or destroyed by the Gallic Forces or the cargo can be picked up by the Gallics from it.

As for the Military materials License and the Tau Trading License - you have been aproved and placed on the list.
Supplies heading to Brimstone Refinery are on hold untill your send us the intel listed above.
