In relations to what Dusty and Daedric said, this would also apply to your Omicroner tech grants, and your Brigands tech grants, and your Outcast tech grants.
Which, i am assuming, would most likely cover the vast majority of your ships.
Moreover, it means that right now someone could use a ss of your ships with tech and sanction you.
Right now.

Are you guys mercs, pirates, Brigands, or smugglers?

I'm having a hard time finding the answer to this.

And what is the roleplay behind your faction? A BrigandZonerKusariCouncil MercPirateSmuggler band?

I'm also fairly certain gallic tech is restricted to gallic ZoI. Ascos in Rheinland, for example, doesn't fit that criteria.

I'm also curious as to your tech grants..

Brigand GBs, Council equipment, Zoner equipment, etc. What is the full list of what your faction is using?

I also hope you're not using Outcast tech on Council ships, or vice versa.
And Dab has a point. Omicron Gamma is literally as far from Gallic ZoI as possible.

I'm also still wondering why you even have Council tech when they revoked your rights, beacuse you violated the agreement.
Server rules prevent tech grants from being revoked for a random reason, but they also allow for the inclusion of conditions, which you yourself added to the agreement.

@Bindo: The reason for a open roster is to allow the blanket tech to work. The tech is granted to all member on that list, if there is someone running around with tech NOT on the list, sanction them. The list can be found by simply clicking on "Renegades" in my sig. Perhaps including this link in the tech agreements would help. I'll try to get this done.

Note 2: A RP agreement does not mean we would suddenly lose tech if we break that agreement. After speaking with the Admins they confirmed this. Loss of tech must be EXPLICETLY cited and agreed upon by both parties. Loss of tech was not even diccussed before hand, and NOT agreed upon. Therefor, as the rules you quoted stated, they are limited to bountying us, FR5ing us. And other things along that line.

Note 3: We are not mixing tech from hostile factions. We know the rules.

No, it doesn't work like that. Either you have a tag and the tech is granted to that tag, or you get that tech noted down to each individual. You are currently breaking tech rules.

Are you mercenaries, or are you pirates? You can try to claim one can be both, but you aren't.

Or does the ID used correspond to what lets you do whatever you want to do at the time?

What is your primary ID, the ID of which's restrictions you follow when flying the characters listed as part of this faction?

That looks like pretty explicit definition of the tech agreement - which you broke - and agreement that the tech right would go away should you break those terms. Pretty cut & dry there.

I'd like an admin to weigh in on this.

An interesting note-Council is red cell to pirate ID.
While secondary ID's allow you to follow the rules on that ID instead of the primary (collecting bounties for instance), tech permissions are according to primary ID.
So, while it is legal to act according to your secondary (merc) id and collect bounties, your use of ANY council tech is illegal for any ID.
To add to what Dab said,
