Greetings to High Command,
i met the above named pilot some hours ago on my patrol through New York, as i undocked from the Rouge Destroyer in Pittsburgh debris field.
He came through Zone 21 and passed my Falcata wit high speed, without showing any notice of me.
I was wondering cause he used to fly under Order-colours.
In the case that this all may be some sort of missunderstanding, i made contact to him on a safe channel.

Not shown in this file is my question to him if he was the guy who attacked the transports.
His answer was positive, and he even seemed to be proud of his deeds.
It may be the time to take the necessary steps against this traitor on the Outcast goals and culture.
It should be thought of informing the leaders of the Order about this individuum and his plan to go "on vacation" in their ranks.

Hola sirs and madams. I am pleased to report that I was on duty last night when the Junkers sent a great gift to us. A barge full of slaves. 25000 new workers! As this was obviously too much for one Sabre to shuttle back and forth I enlisted the help of other independant Outcasts in the system. As well as one helpful slaver, Gravy_for_the_Mind. Making many trips we finally emptied the hold. One of our rookies then escorted the Barge to Ibiza to begin loading Cardimine. That much cardimine should make quite an impact wherever it ends up. Should be interesting to see what comes of that much cardi hitting the systems at the same time. I thanked the Junker profusely and told him we hope to continue our business dealings for mutual profit. He was even amused enough to let us compare the Barge with a dreadnought in system at the time, a MNS Enterprise. It dwarfed it. Something to see amigos.
Please relay this great gesture to those who may make use of the information diplomatically.

A barge full of free labor is good news indeed. Excellent work organizing the transfer, LJG Garrison, consider yourself commended. As a side note, keep an eye on the MNS Enterprise and observe its captain's behavior. We need to keep tabs on all of our officers for psychological fitness these days.
On that note, I would ask all pilots to maintain similar observations on all of our Battleships and Dreadnoughts. We need to maintain a psychological profile on all of the Battleship/Dreadnought captains and maintain logs of their behaviors. If it should ever be necessary to take one of them to task the military tribunals will have an easy task of it.
I would also like to welcome the return from retirement one of our veteran pilots, Giovanni Cordova. His commission has been reinstated as a Lieutenant Commander, so treat him respectfully or he'll throw you.
Finally, I would like to congratulate some of our older members on their promotions. Chandra Nalaar has been elevated to a Lieutenant Commander, and may request command to an RM-2A if she pleases; Ricardo Herandez and Kitty Justice have both been promoted to full captains, and may request assignment to a capital warship at their leisure. Our two previous Captains, wishing to avoid career advancement, have been voluntarily demoted to Lieutenants, where they can be more effectively employed in bringing new recruits up to scratch. Congratulations, all of you!

Hola Sirs and Madams. Today while on patrol, I did a routine scan of GST-Firewind and saw he had 5 units of Synthetic Marijuana on board. I informed him it was illegal and asked that he drop it. He ran. I disrupted his engines and asked again. He replied that he had the permission of an independant group, the RA. After informing him again that it was illegal and demanding he drop it, he tried to run again. I disrupted his engines again. At this point things were going downhill fast. He dropped 4 units, keeping one. I told him to drop the last one, but he argued. Trying to keep things from getting out of control, Lt. Rommer warned him not to bring weed to Alpha and let him go.
Hours later the Firewind returned. Scanning him I saw he still had the unit of weed on board. I ordered him to halt and ordered the dock closed. He ignored me and somehow still docked. I demanded multiple times for an explanation and never got a satisfactory response. He seemed to have language difficulties. Soon a GST-Tumbler launched from Malta and tried to intercede. Oh, but he was a silver-tongued devil. GST-Firewind launched to orbit and halted on orders. Scanning him, the weed was gone. He sold it ON MALTA. As Tumbler seemed to have a better grasp of the language I explained to him that Marijuana is illegal in Outcast space. Is supports our enemies Cryer. I told him that all we ask is you obey our laws and follow our orders. He apologized profusely and donated 2 mil to our coffers. I need an electronic address to know where to send the "donation". As I wasnt positive of the penalty for marijuana I didnt know the proper penalty. Apologies, sir. I thanked him for the "donation" and told him to be off. And NEVER bring weed here again. I know it was only one unit, but the law is the law. If I was wrong, please let me know. I was more incensed that he refused to listen to my orders. I told him I was making this report so you may get a complaint. Is anyone allowed to bring weed to Alpha? Zoners?
Lt. Rommer was witness to the first event as well as Reaper Peacemaker. The Reaper was also witness to the second.

It is my sad duty to report that another Captain has gone bad. Today I was attacked for no reason by [RA]-Clin- in his gunboat. I had an incident with this Captain last night. I asked him 4-5 times to drop the Nomad remains in his hold and was ignored. When I destroyed his ship, he spouted some strange language at me. When comms finally deciphered what he was saying, it turns out he was cursing me. I thought some time in his pod would have cooled him off. Apparently not. Today he sailed up to me and engaged with no warning. Being the non-trusting person I am, I was ready and dodged away and made a quick landing on Malta to file this. I have comms recording of the previous nights incident including a scan of his hold. Unfortunately, I dont have footage of him attacking me so I cant prove it. If this pilot's word is not good enough, then nothing can be done. Undoubtably he will try again, probably in his destroyer, and I will be ready to record his treason.

I read you report Brandon, nice work with a lt. Rommer together. Today I found him on Malta's orbit and asked for explanation. He didn't say anything. Just something like "He is guilty". I was in order by Vice Admiral and Don of Malta Santina Fierro to exile him. But this one don't want to leave Alpha. Me and RM-2A unders Reaper command destroyed him.

But he docked at Valetta and only after 10 minutes left Alpha with escort.
Don Santina Fierro also put this man into KoS. All Outcasts in order to kill him in Outcast space.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's about time I did this. Ever since the unexpected suicide of the last Admiral I've been in charge on the condition that it was a temporary command, and it's time that my temporary command come to an end. I think this faction is active and motivated enough that I can move to a secondary role in the command structure, one that will allow me to focus on other tasks where my abilities are more well-applied.
That said, the 101st will now be commanded by two very capable persons; Ricardo Herandez and Santina Fierro have both been elevated to the position of Admiral, and I expect them to perform very, very well, better than their predecessors.
Some other promotions are also in order. Alberto Carerra and Chandra Nalaar are both promoted to the role of Captain; Felix Rommer, Brandon Garrison and Rafael Fernandez are all promoted as well.
Gentlemen, I know we'll do well under this new regime. It's time for change; I've been in charge for too long, and it's best to cycle out for somebody more suited to the task than I. I hope you'll give the new Admirals your utmost respect and cooperation. We are the 101st, and we stand as one. Dattaglia out.

Today, while on patrol alongside Lt. Comm. Brand Garrison, met a pilot inbound for Malta Spaceport. Upon performing the mandatory ship scan, I found that he was in possession of a very interesting document, and I persuaded him to sell it to me in a civil manner. After studying it, I concluded it was a Classified report on border forces and logistics regarding us, belonging to our newly discovered neighbors from beyond Omicron 80. It is incomplete, however I consider it has interesting and valuable information. I will deliver it personally to either of the you when ordered.
