Konnichiwa Commissioner Barney Marwick,
I hope this note finds you and your staff well.
We typically manage Fuel through Bowex or other organizations where Bretonia territory is concerned however on select occasions we would like to send our transports direct to complete exceptional deliveries. These direct deliveries may consist of H-Fuel, Helium-3, or even Plutonium depending on your systems needs. Southhampton is the current destination with exception to the Plutonium. The Plutonium is typically delivered within Newcastle (I will confirm over a more private channel). We would prefer to return with Panels manufactured at Stokes.
At this time we would like to ensure our transports are properly documented to deliver these fuels into Bretonia.
We are willing to pay your fees for both Military and Tau passage. Please send me a quote that will allow passage and direct jump insertions in Bretonia for our entire GMG transport fleet, GMG escorts, and hired jump vessels.
We currently have a contract with several Zoner vessels to facilitate our jumps and surveys. I would be glad to send vessel call signs through a more private channel.
Arigato for your time.

yoropiku,
Hoshi Tanaka

[Subject:Tau & Military Material trading Licenses]

Greetings,sirs.
My name is Bill Landen, and I'm CEO of Tali Shiping Corporation.
Recently,we've been contracted to ship a number of hard to find commodities to Bretonia from the Taus.
For that,we'll require Tau Trading License and Military Trading License.
We are affiliated with the Independent Miners Guild.
Our ships operate mostly in the Taus,Omegas and the systems directly bordering Bretonia and Rheinland.
We are going to exclusively ship Nuclear Devices required for the shielding of a Bounty Hunter Facility.
Some of the other goods are,but not limited to,Basic Alloys,Robotics,Super Alloys,Ship Hull panels and more.
Money have been sent from Tali.Corp|Pathfinder

Greetings
Mr Marwick is currently busy I will handle your cases.

Mr Landen

Your corporation has been placed on the lists for both Military and Tau license.
The data you have provided is enough. Make sure to read the regulations of the licenses and follow the Bretonia Interstellar law codex.

Hoshi Tanaka

We do aprove GMG ships carrying fuel to enter Bretonia and they are allowed to carry goods back to GMG controled space - you must remember the following:

Quote:4.6 - Foreign Warships
Foreign warships are banned from Bretonian borders, without prior permission of the Bretonian Government or Armed Forces Admiralty Board. Vessels acting in contravention of this order will face a minimum fine of 2,000,000 credits and immediate expulsion from Bretonian borders. Warships are classified as cruisers/destroyers and larger - i.e. Corvo Cruiser or larger. Exceptions: Approved vessels of Liberty’s expeditionary force to combat the GRN are to be welcomed and aided however possible.

Also the trade with Kusari Empire is not yet open - means if you are willing to take commodities back with you to GMG controled space - you will need Tau License for it to pass Taus - we aprove you for the Tau Trading License , send the license fee to BPA)Anvil and provide us with transfer evidance and we will place you on the list.

Also since you want to bring Plutonium you will require a Military Material License - Bretonia Police aproves you for it too. Send the evidance of paid license fee so we can place you on the list.

As for the Zoners and so-called hired vessels. We obviously know what kind of ships are capable of making jumps with multiple ships at once. Those are considered warships. If said hired Zoners will get permission OR you will get permission for them from Bretonia Armed Forces you are allowed to commence such operations. Untill said ships are aproved the 4.6 law prevents those from entering Bretonia.

Make sure you read all the regulations both in License office and the Bretonia Interstellar Law Codex to avoid any future trouble.
Thank you

Chief Inspector
Miranda Bailey

Bretonian Restricted Goods Licensing - Sabru - 07-01-2012

Good Day Cobbers, let me introduce myself.

My name is Damon Baird and i run Oz merchant shipping, a small shipping company that ships all throughout sirius. We are looking to ship military material in Bretonia

as i am not up to date with all these regulations and such, i have a few questions.

1. How much to register a company?

2. How long does the licence last?

3. Who should i send the licence fee to?

Thank you for your help.
