I have already expected that your promotion request crosses my desk soon, and it seems that I was right.

You have demonstrated honour, bravery and reliability in your days as Flieger. Attributes that we value, that we -require- our best soldiers to have.

You don't take long to think about things, you act. And you act right. Although sometimes I would still recommend you to take certain opinions to yourself when you are on duty. You are representing the Rheinwehr and the Federal Republic of Rheinland when you are on duty, and should act accordingly. Which you do most of the time, safe for certain slips. I do believe you can overcome this, though, as you possess the capability to do so.
